The experience of giving birth naturally was so powerful and deeply spiritual, it inspired Julietta to become birth educator and doula. In her role as doula, she helps create a sense of safety and calm surrounding the birthing mother, and provides her and her family with non-judgmental support.
She started her career in outpatient orthopedics and the hospital setting. Early in her career she had a special calling for guiding mothers and families in optimizing their pregnancy and postpartum experience and earned her certification from the American Physical Therapy Association to better serve her clients in all issues related to this special time.
